Returns and Exchanges

Due to my products being customized, special orders, and/or personalized, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order at sherrie@jadaprints.com.

Damaged and Lost Orders

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If your product is damaged, please file a claim with the shipping service.  We are not responsible for damaged or lost products.
